Vtubing is only viable as a business model because Modernity has destroyed any other form of community/romantic interest that could exist for the vast majority of people who don't just wanna fuck around on Tinder and other assorted product communities.

What the societal implications of this will be in 5, 10, 20 years time has yet to be determined.
