From my perspective as a fan - he's got a ton of raw talent, but he's also got a lot of obvious flaws and he's too quiet to really catch a broad audience. He's simply not as memorable as someone like Vox or Mysta, who have very obvious and memeworthy character traits.
Does he have the potential to be one of the top vtubers in NijiEN? I'd say yes. He's cute, fluent in Japanese, and he can sing and voice act. But he'd have to change a lot about what he's doing and sacrifice some of the things about his streams that seem important to him. I think he'll figure something out, but I (selfishly) hope he doesn't change too much in search of popularity.

I think it's cute. I like how chill Sonny's streams usually are and this brand of irony-heavy humor and crazy giggling is refreshing. I also listened to Selen ragescreech for 12 hours earlier today. I am done with people malding.
