Depends, I barely do anything other than adjusting pre existent cards to my liking, which isn't hard to do, there's people that actually go around moving to studio or card making (some are paywalled). There's a bunch of tutorials that can help you though, we have an actual OC dude around here, but would probably catch him in here or in /lig/
here you could get it to quickly explain, you can dowload only the repack and get normal koikatsu, which is just the porn game where you can fuck the cards, but the optional sideloader is where u can play with scenes and do this shit
