And it's more profitable for the shareholders to maximize short-term profits by running the girls to burnout selling shitty overpriced Happy Meal toys / ad revenue for a few years, then just liquidate and slush their money into a new company when the current one finally starts imploding. So the odds of anything meaningful changing aren't great.
