I never called Kenji a pedophile outright i just said the man weirds me out. His obvious twitter drama love aside, what bothers me is how he actively courts young viewers for his community and seemingly has no real separation of the adults and minors in his community. That almost always spells disaster, especially when a male streamer is at the head.

OG numbers anon here. Not going to weebcon but I was at anime expo and did several meet and greet with liggers at that event. The key thing outside of hygiene and such is to respect boundaries. A lot of the liggers at this event are there to have fun so if they are off the clock (aka not at a meet and greet), give them their space. If they are OK with meeting fans they will either state it on social media or discord. At the meet and greets or panels, just be polite and be respectful. Even if you think you are spilling your spaghetti ,they usually won't care as long as you play it as cool as you can. Target events or panels you want as a priority and focus on those so everything else is a bonus. Most of all, just have fun. It will be a good memory.

I keep telling everyone if peoole double up on a subathon and new model at the same time it almost always kills any ccv gains gotten much faster than if you only did one or the other. It's a miserable practice that at best is ineffective and at worst makes you appear greedy

A few hours behind on this but I have consistent proof iver the last 6+ months of tracking hours streamed and vtuber growth that more hours streamed is typically a positive. Outside of Filian who farms new followers off the back of very successful youtube shorts game, most of the liggers that have shown the most growth have streamed over 80+ hours per month. It's also worth mentioning that anyone consistently over about 400 viewers ccv is usually making enough at this point to quality for partner plus and should be considered a success. In other words, don't sweat it too much and don't let the catalog's version of Numberfagging skew your view because their beliefs on numbers and profitability only apply to youtube, most of them do not understand twitch very well.

Coqui is doing fine, currently 750 ccv for the current month which is up 7% over her 3 month average of 704 ccv and this time period includes her week or so off. She might not be on a bombastic growth period, but she's moving in the positive direction post 3am, as are most of the girls

Chiming in on this I dug into her numbers. Her viewership fluctuations generally stay within the 400-600 ccv range without raids, very reasonable and on par with her contemporaries like Meat, Mari, Coqui, ect. Of her three lowest viewed streams within the last 2 month, one of them was a subway surfers/just chatting hybrid stream, one was a dogshit horror kusoge, and the other was her telling twitch con stories, which con story just chatting streams usually do poorly in general. I think because two of these involved chatting segments because she has one guy'd herself into believing nobody will watch her for an advertised chatting stream despite the fact that Zatsu streams usually do better than games on twitch. It will be something she has to work out but I will say she's doing better than she thinks she is, she just needs to have more confidence in herself and her community.

I'm OG Numbers anon, not the current one. I do the monthly number wrap ups and deep dives into trends, and I fill in for current numbers anon when he says he can't do it. I did the numbers for about 8 months or so at the start of the thread's existence. The difference between he and I is that I do everything manually and he runs a script.
