I'm saying having someone who is actually chubbier than her make that sort of comment, even if it's in a playful "haha you've put on a little with all the Subway, Kronii" joke would probably make her go "oh god is it actually that bad" in the back of her head.

I'm 90% certain there's something special happening this week and only idiots are reading like a doompost of sorts considering Fauna and Mumei tweeted equally cryptic shit, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was something like another off-collab with just the 3 of them and they're still ironing out the details.
