Meticulous, with great attention to detail is borderline pedantic. While her competence is undeniable, it is intermingled with a dangerous mix of treachery and ambition as she sees the Watamelon expedition as her proving ground to the higher-ups at the main conglomerate.
Her job as a de facto fixer entails gathering relevant information, assessing the problem, calling in contacts/contractors/experts, getting necessary equipment, and ultimately assembling an efficient operations team from her subordinates and sometimes external sources.
