i think the biggest problem with how she handles merch isnt that she does these big personalised merch drops or that she does things herself to try and make more money its mostly that there is no alternative option
she should be looking to also have some sort of permanent merch presence with a partner company similar to how most vtubers seem to do things. like i can google up indies 1/10th and smaller of her size and they have merchfronts selling all sorts of apparel or posters and stuff that i could buy and they obviously have a steady income off of these kinds of thing despite the partner also taking a cut
she can have her cake and eat it and get a bunch of money from all the random people who always show up asking if they can still buy X well they will have something to buy

shondo lets go for a date and get some afternoon tea and see a film or something. maybe visit some local wildlife spots or zoo/aquarium. id like to visit some beauty spots or historical places but i bet you wouldnt find that interesting so im all ears for any suggestions
