I have my own rrat about her hiatus.
Recently, Gura revealed that Jenma was promoted to be a supervisor manager inside EN, which is a role similar to A-chan's, who's still Sora's manager as well. Mamaloni also has drawn Jenma before and is on good relations with Kiara and Cover.
If my rrat comes true, Jenma will debut as an EN representative and will do programs with the girls on stream seldomly. Her mama will be Mamaloni, who has expressed being unsure about becoming a mama before, but since Jenma is based on Kiara's design, she'd have that worry remedied. One of the reasons why Kiara was so busy is because she was trying to convince both of them and upper management about the plan. This way, we'd get a good host for EN events with someone who actually gets along with everyone, Mamaloni would become a mama and Kiara would get her own nepotism hire in, too, somewhat.
