i like how the dude shits on riggers with long wait lists when the reason why people wait for them it's because they are reputable and worth the wait. I legit belive that if you give him the .PSD he's just going to sit on it and do nothing because the program is too hard to learn or something.

I seriously encourage any budget chuuba to buy a nice model and then learn Live2D by themselves, it's pretty easy if you are willing to put the time and effort into it and you can get good results using the free version.
