In the JP store, you can add an arbitrary amount called "Yell", there is no official announcement about the split for this amount, I personally assume it to be the same as the voice, ie. 50/50. There are rumors about a larger split going to the livers tho.
Now that they've started adding EN livers to the JP store this is available for them as well.
(And I've been waiting for the Sakura VP to be added on the 27th for this reason + wanting to keep my purchases in one place...)
