Livestreaming is a limited format, there is nothing new or innovative you can do.

Every topic of livestreaming format has already been done by fleshie streamers so at best you can only do a copycat thing with the anime girl envelope on top.

And if you wanted to do something more elaborate, that absolutely depends on location/hardware-software. Considering the girls don't even have body mocap at home in 2023, it's pointless to assume they would get their own studio in America now.
