Reminder that this person was involved in a hate brigade towards streamers and Vtubers who were going to play or had played Harry Potter. While it is a shame that they have been banned with other people who violated the policy and are being "snitched" on, I can bear little sympathy or empathy when they and many others, including Sam Gibbs, actively provided resources to blacklist and see who played a children's game.

While I understand your frustration at the financial support of JK Rowling, it was a very poor decision to lash out in anger towards those who had purchased a product with the full intent of having fun with the game. Simply discussing and notifying people who had played the game with a rational explanation regarding the controversy towards the game, would be a better option than harassing people.

Expressing your sadness and frustration WITH CONTEXT is important. Making a proper explanation WITH CONTEXT is important. In addition to that, you could have protested the game by encouraging sales of LGBTQ+-friendly games or encouraging others to PLAY LGBTQ+ supportive games. Talking down to people is one of the worst things you can do. If you can't explain to them why the game should be boycotted, DO NOT patronize people for doing so. And if you don't have the energy to explain to people why the game is detrimental to the LGBTQ+ community DON'T GET MAD.

Simply recuse yourself form the conversation and put your energy into something productive, like checking in on your friends and being there for them. Having an in-person discussion is MUCH more productive than simply becoming angry at users on the Internet.

Please take these paragraphs with a heavy grain of salt as I am NOT a representative for the LGBTQ+ community. I am offering my two cents on this matter.
