On the Gartic Phone stream she said she had a collab and gave the hint about the partner. On Pagi Moona, her next stream, she said she talked with her on Discord, while mentioning
So the timeline there would be Gartic Phone -> Discord with Pekora -> Pagi Moona.
Something weird is that she also mentioned that the tweet from pic related was made in response to when Pekora asked her about the rabbit meat, but that doesn't make sense because the tweet was made before the Gartic Phone and Pagi Moona streams. The only way this could be true is if they talked on Discord twice.
