Smol Bae being held up in the air by one large male hand, middle and ring fingers inside of her, index and pinky slightly supporting her in some way (she can hold on to one of them or smth).
Point is she's afraid to fall both because she's being lifted and fingered. Add some rratsqueaks to taste ("PIN- I MEAN PUT ME DOWN!", "ARE YOU SHAKING ME ON PURPOSE?" etc.)
