Okay, this might be a bit schizo but hear me out.
Mori isn't one to ever pass up a good opportunity. She will always have a stream scheduled at the end of an event, or a big collab.
If she scheduled a stream here, it means she knew Gura would only stream for the bare minimum amount of time on her anniversary celebration.
I'm not sure what this means, if anything.
