Not sure what you mean exactly by "button" but this is how I've always done it and it's still here.

Subaru fic is still in the works by the way. I was really attached to this concept of having the entire thing be from Subaru's perspective while also having Subaru acting as an unreliable narrator. The idea being that Subaru's constant denial is only ever momentarily pierced by outside sources like her stream chat bullying her or having to see herself in a mirror, and that these moments are also the only time the reader gets to see what is really happening as well. So it was gonna be a slow burn degradation of her character but at 15k+ words now and still unfinished, I think all I did was make a really long story for no reason. I don't know, I always think what I write is bad so maybe it will still be good.
