Bals Inc. received an e-mail on December 12, 2023, stating that the event "Bachacal-Virtual Culture Festival-", a cultural festival for VTubers scheduled to be held on December 17, 2023 (Sunday), would be disrupted.

In order to ensure the safety of the event, we immediately consulted with the competent police department, and as a result of discussions with the venue, the competent police department, and related organizations, we have decided to take the following measures and announce that the event will be held.

Dispatch of personnel in cooperation with the police station in charge
Reinforcement of patrols
Establishment of a security system inside and outside the venue in cooperation with a security company

Reinforcement of luggage inspections prior to entry to the venue
Introduction of metal detectors

Details

On December 12, 2023, we confirmed that we received a threatening e-mail on the inquiry form on the official website, which interfered with the holding of the event.

We consulted with the police department with jurisdiction regarding safety measures to be taken at the time of the event, and shared the information with the relevant organizations.

As a result of discussions with the relevant authorities, we have made the decision to hold the event after strengthening cooperation with the police station and enhancing the security system.
