Watch the full video retard, he is literally talking about stuff such as "do you enjoy working" and other typical bullshit you see on typical application forms. Nobody is gonna write "my true dream is really to work with/as x, y, z" or say "actually I'm really shit at x, y, z"
That is what the talk was about, nowhere did he say it was specific to Hololive, the argument he was trying to make, poorly, was that EVERYONE lied about this stuff on job applications, then stumbled over his words as he tried using Hololive as an example because of Mouse never having worked outside the entertainment industry as she kept saying.

Guy is cringe a lot of the time but this was simply him trying to convey the fact a lot of people do this shit and then hope for the best, that he himself have done it and he believed everyone does it because once you land the job you can either work on your flaws or hope to hide them.
