I've been tracking subs for a long time and I've never seen it as bad as right now.
IDs still have some traction from ID3 but that has been slowing more and more every day.
JPs are really slow but surviving on bursts of growth from events and big tourist draw.
ENs are absolutely cratering, Mori might get her first 0 monthly growth ever soon, Gura dropping to 20k and the rest doing even worse with CounciIRyS now at 3 members below 10k monthly.
ENs can't survive on events like JPs because, well, they don't have any, unless you consider that rushed holoween stuff an event. If EN3 is really only happening in 2023 and Myth is going to Japan soon, that means the near future of EN streaming will rest on CounciIRyS alone.
Some might say "but Tempus" but the reality is that Tempus not only failed to capture a new market, they actually created a rift in the existing fanbase that exacerbated this recline. I don't blame Cover for trying, it was something that had to be done considering the potential of a massive new fanbase. But the experiment has not only failed, it even backfired (thanks also to how some of the girls handled the situation) and holoEN is now in the worst position they have ever been in with no prospects of recovering any time soon.
