I haven't watched it myself but I've only heard great stuff from her skyrim playthrough. Apparently she would put roses on the victims she would assasinate because her character was a romantic at heart or something.

I guess it's because both fanbases argue about whether or not their companies were black companies, though from what I hear Nijisanji did have aspects of that in the past before Ichikara did a major shake up and there's of course the Mel incident in Cover. Both companies have their pros and cons, and one side is arguably too hands off while the other is arguably too strict.
I guess its just down to presentation at the end of the way, do you like your chuubas to feel like idols? Or do you like them to feel more like standard streamers/entertainers with avatars? Either way you'll be fine.

For Niji it doesn't matter because their members can stream whatever they want for the most part. It's only Hololive that has stupid restrictions and it's the EOPs/ESLs that made them popular, not the Japanese.
