Not that it's wrong per se, same goes to when people call her Watson, but she's usually called Ame and she even says Ame Ame Ameee~ a lot

Your subconscious can just be like that sometimes, just pulling stuff from anything you happened to watch or anything you even vaguely know about.
How I see it is that dreams are a stage play that you get to watch while you sleep, and the events of the stage play and who's involved is just up to the whims of your subconscious, if that makes any sense. And for whatever reason, the moment you wake up, unless the dream really stuck out to you, you usually forget about it when you wake up.
