You can look at the previous charts for council where IRyS wasn't included and you can see that the line barely changes for Council from the current line.

There is only one change in relative position, with Obsydia overtaking Lazulight.
With that said

1) Myth, in one of their most eventful periods since that Golden Week, "soared" to above the 7.5k line.
That is still below their October 2022, April 2022 and pretty much any point in 2020 and 2021
2) Council is in a similar trajectory to their median, returning to the mean but on a low career point
3) Luxiem complete collapse is even more apparent, almost breaching the 4k line on the downwards direction and with a steep negative slope with numbers they didn't see since JANUARY 2022(!)

the minors
4) Noctyx average seems to have bounced back a little, returning to their mean but, like council, on a very low point
5) Obsydia, coming out of an eventful high point in their average, drops below 2k along with Lazulight, same thing, also below 2k

the midgets
6) Ethyria is still above the 1.5k but hanging for dear life and on a downwards trajectory, their lowest point since March 2022
7) Tempus is at the CAREER LOW point, having just breached the 1.5k line on the downwards direction.
The brief respite they had with the debut of the second batch was not enough to kickstart their post debut growth, and no amount of raids can mask their steep recline.
8) XSoleil still didn't stop reclining, without EVEN A SINGLE WEEK of incline in their whole career since debut. The slope is not as steep as in January but they show no sign of rebound or even finding their footing

9) iLUNA... there is not a lot to say about them except that it looked like they would avoid dropping below the 1k line and they resisted their hardest, but then came February and they're now collectively THREE VIEWS
