What, normal signature is too hipster for you? I'd rather have literal signature than art to suffer because someone's signature style is drawing a dick in the eyes. When you see an art you must think of art first, not of the artist.
Yes, you can have your style of drawing of eyes but that doesnt mean you can draw every character's eyes the exact same way.

TLDR: In Neons case its too obvious and kills the immersion of art.
