>First Army members haven't changed for years anon
While that is a true statement, it is only true because it didn't change between 2022 and 2024.
Here is 2021 vs. 2023 for the median of peaks. Top 6 on the JP side was
>Pekora
>Marine
>Aqua
>Miko
>Subaru
>Rushia
followed by Korone and Shion with Suisei coming only after all of those.

More than that: #12 in 2021 had a 11k median. #12 in 2023 had a 13.7k (Koyori), with AZKi having a 14.8k median which would have put her ahead of 2021 Shion and Suisei.
It's a dumb thing to say (>>76765123)
>They haven't got a new star since 2021.
Not only they got LOTS of stars but their top ones increased their numbers.

The only thing that didn't change was the relative position between then, except of course for Suisei rocket-like rise

Nah, that's the thing, their relative strength might not have changed but, at least for the JP girls, every single girl is ahead of their 2021 numbers
>except Flare, the only JP girl to have walked backwards in her median in relation to 2021
