Most of my friends I made online and met irl. It's never too late to make new friends especially those who share your interests if you find yourself unable to talk about whatever you want with who you know. Sadly since the coof it would be hard to meet people irl but it will end eventually. A lot more people are being introduced to weeb shit that isn't just surface level thanks to the quarantine so there's an ocean of new people you could potentially meet.
