If anything she cares too much, i'm actually surprised people like her can actually exist, they didn't let her do what she wanted for her character and instead of just phoning it in to rake in the cash for years she decided that enough was enough, she loves Coco more than any of us.
And yes it's management's fault, she talked about it a few times but they are cunts who always expected the worse from her and restricted her more than anyone else in the company, she actually said she felt offended at one point, the feeling i get is that they hired people that don't actual know how she is, clipwatchers.

I was just watching her first birthday totsumachi, i'm sure many remember but Pekora's gift was something else, (her bloodied ears) it was a bit extreme and Coco stopped her and told her to ask her manager first so she wouldn't get scolded by her or get in trouble, Pekora then called in 5 minutes later saying it was okay and they did it.
Well, the people who kept rejecting every single project that she proposed clearly didn't watch that stream because their response was always on the assumption that she doesn't care if other holos get into trouble because of her, which couldn't be farther from the truth.
When you're against a wall that can't be reasoned with and genuinely disrespects you, your options are putting up with it and grow bitter or leave while you still love the place that gave you everything.
