impossible for a straight gen yeah but if you were resigned to editing/inpainting anyway you could certainly slap a fairly accurate anny head on a body especially if you weren't trying for style accuracy. i wouldn't want to bother with her outfit or making a bunch of them though
you could even get a little lazy and gen using a 1.5 anny lora and then just inpaint over it with the SDXL styling like my quick picrel

training SDXL loras is resource intensive enough that i've heard of people sometimes renting GPU time from online services to do it. consequently they're much less common which is unfortunate because the linework and prompt comprehension in SDXL is a pretty nice step up from 1.5
