He didn't care about his family trip and constantly complained about it.
He didn't care about his friends when he left them during the hurricane.
He didn't care about his work when he went biking around the country.
He didn't care about the half-anniversary.
He didn't care enough about his mental health to check if his meds were allowed in Japan.
And he probably doesn't care about his fans. Having him as an oshi would mean he will be constantly disappearing and expect you to always be there for him in exchange for nothing.
