The environment prompts I have are these: "night club, neon lights, night sky, midnight, raining, moonbeams". Though I suspect the Nai-merunyaa lora is responsible for a lot of the vibrancy since carnival wawa is a recycled prompt from when I did gyaru party girl Polka.
For comparison here's two using merunyaa's lora and the other without. I know it's not the same seed and prompt aren't 1:1, but it's a good comparison point for the background prompt.
