9pm for the UK
11pm russia blah blah, basically germany as the mid ground, later as you go east, earlier as you go west.

But that's a perfect timeslot for EU

Connor streams early because it's good for Americans, that's it.
Naiyo is doing the same thing, 7am streams. which is like 1am-11pm across EU.

So it's really down to what Giri chooses do and exclusing a demographic wouldn't be a smart move.
