I mean I wouldn't say it's full-on stolen but there's a lot of things that are a bit too similar. The purple eyes that look similar to the penguins Nia draws. The ribbon. The hair, the obvious pink cat-ness. Her actual model looks less like it but the initial art was pretty close.

I mean, pink cat. White furballs in the hair. Wearing a headband with this goddamn ribbon in it. The fucking eyes are very similar while also being purple. And in the other image available the hair is parted in the front pretty similar.
