Last night after missing in action for well over a week we finally got the return of not only the pink cat, but the much-beloved VR Chat field trips! A genre of streams that has always proven enjoyable, but can be hard for her to handle as motion sickness tends to make ensure they stay very short experiences. Despite that, and seemingly wanting to make up for lost time, she ran around various winter-themed VR Chat worlds for just over 6 goddamn hours. And though she certainly seemed to be desperate for the stream to end in those final minutes she was able to maintain herself very well up until that point. Making things even better, the surprise stream doubled as the official debut of a new model! In only a few days Nyan, Mouse, and Silver will be participating in VILLS along with too many other vtubers to count, and rather than run with their normal 3D models they've commissioned brand new ones by Yoolie in idol outfits designed by the ever-present Epebe. It's cute, well modeled, moves well, and last night's threads produced well over a hundred screenshots just trying to capture as many good reaction images from it as possible.

But for as fun as all that was, the stream was really elevated when Mouse showed up pretty late into it. She joined on her own VILLS model, featuring herself with stars in her irises and huge twintails. Though she was using VR Chat in desktop mode which severely limited her ability to interact with the worlds themselves, a great time was still had by both of them. In the last hour both of them started visiting worlds of a different nature. Some that evoked a feeling closer to melancholy, as more than a few comparisons to the ending of a TV show were made. While the stream is fantastic and should absolutely be watched if you missed it live, try to keep yourself grounded in reality. Take your meds, and remember not to become a parasocial andy.

We're in for a quieter Friday since DND is canceled, and probably a peaceful weekend overall. So keep things comfy by ignoring and reporting bait when you see it, and be excellent to each other.
