Not really because vtubers both exist as their own thing and also fit within the larger "content creator" hegemony
Compared to bronies which started simply as a fandom that developed into it's own weird culture that bleed into other fixtures that it had no right to be in
/qa/ and /v/ faggots really tired to get the comparison to stick back on /jp/, but it's not really analogous beyond projection
Like think about why GR15 is a thing but vtubers were also immediately accepted on /jp/
