Koragi desu, she's the easiest indie to sell to holo fans for a reason. On top of singing, playing ukulele (https://streamable.com/wwow1c)), drawing, rigging and coding, she's also the sweetest vtuber I ever saw. I don't check too much because I prefer mean vtubers who insult their chat but maybe it's for you. Similar style I never watched her but I heard niceeggy is like your description and has 10 viewers or so
