I sniffed through their website and all of their subsidiaries seem to be connected to mainstream media with a lot of them being linked to the music industry. One of their group companies (otto) seems to be an agency all its own that even does distribution of music and Content ID registry in YouTube.

They're... shady at the worst. Could be a good thing for them in the end.
