Hooman who works at an Eye clinic that does LASIK here: I would actually recommend a different laser system called SMILE if it's available near you. It's similar to LASIK but there's less of a chance of chronic dry eye due to preservation of the cornea's nerves and there's no risk of flap dislocations or tears because there's no flap, just a small incision on the side.

A decent bit of it is building endurance. When I was a Neet I would fry my voice in a half hour of talking but once I got a job where I had to talk a lot I eventually could go most of the day without any strain.

One of the things I like about Mumei is that she asks questions to chat and then she has already lost her train of thought and is talking to herself about something else by the time chat is responding.
