The problem is that Towa's character really doesn't fit with her real voice. Towa should sound like a bratty JK, think Kana Ueda. Deep voice works well for visibly older characters, like Mori or Kronii, but sure as hell not her.
So it creates this huge dissonance to anyone watching.
