This is pretty much the problem that all vtuber corpos face, and it's often overlooked because people don't pay too much attention to indies. Vtubers who are talented enough to reach 4view or high 3view status themselves without corpo support probably won't want to give up the rights to their IP and put up with retarded management restrictions for the potential boost from a big corpo. This means corpos have to invest in unproven talents who might not have what it takes to be a big streamer people want to watch long-term. Small corpos have it even worse as demonstrated by Pikamee. Even if a small corpo manages to cultivate a popular streamer who reaches 4view status, they can just reincarnate into a model they own and drop a shit ton of hints to their past life so their old audience can them again.
