Learn basic tile efficiency.
Always fold against riichi unless you can get into tenpai on your next draw.
Against open hands consider 3 calls to be in tenpai.
2 calls to be in tenpai if they have 6 discards.
1 call to be in tenpai if they have 12 discards.
fold against cases where they may be in tenpai unless you yourself are in tenpai.
For now always call riichi in tenpai unless there's only one tile (amount not type) left.
In that case try building another wait.
