This reminds me of Evanescence making a name for themselves in the "Christian rock" market, then going out of their way to distance themselves from with it Amy Lee calling the identification "the lamest thing", then OBVIOUSLY the Christian market moved away from them and they just disappeared int nothingness.
There is a huge market for mixed gender collabs, currently dominated by Nijisanji. There is also a huge market for "inside the box" collabs, currently dominated by Hololive.

Like Heinz Mayo and Helmmans Ketchup, anyone in each company trying to go outside their brand and try to compete wilh the ones on the other side will get crushed.
