>strong first sip
>good balance of bitter and sour
>additional sips change from sour to bitter and back
>aftertaste on the middle of the tongue and the back of the throat

6/10 Mexico...love? Well I wouldn't go that far but it's the first cup I haven't had to choke down. Very drinkable.
