This. They just don't get it. They've commited already, this is the path they've chose and now all I'm doing is sitting back and waiting for their new fans that they want to pander to to eat them alive at the SMALLEST thing, anything that even remotely triggers them will cause them to turn on them.
Having your fans be twitter trannies is like having a pitbull for a pet. You can feed it and treat it right for all its life but then one day its having a grumpy day and you accidently stand on its tail and it gets the hump and decides it's gonna maul your kid.

They will regret fostering this fanbase. I guarantee it. It will backfire.
