I don't know if she leaked two contracts. She gave that Youtube lawyer her unsigned gag order and basically had her name attached to it, so why leak just that one publicly and not the other? The other problem is that if the failed Gamer Wave project is any indication, there's at least one other person there that potentially has an unsigned contract, or maybe even other indies that made it far and refused to sign. There's even the possibility, however rare, that the contract may have been leaked by a current member.

Maybe plausible deniability? Lets say there were more people that applied to NijiEN since then and then bailed once they read the contract after Krisis. At that point it would be harder for Anycolor to nail down a specific target, especially if the contract really hasn't been updated much since then. And that's also assuming that this contract isnt from someone still in the company. With how many leaks that have been coming out of the company since 2023, it wouldn't be a shock if the call was coming from inside the house.

This would have never happened if it wasn't for the black frame stream. That was genuinely one of the worst ideas ever conceived, not only did Elira implicate herself as a bully, but she also confirmed that Enna and Millie were also in Selen's legal document something that was just meant to be FUCKING PRIVATE AND SHARED ONLY WITH LEGAL TEAMS. So because that one rrat about Enna/Millie's clique got confirmed, and because past rrats have been confirmed like Nina's graduation date, along with Krisis being leaked in its near entirety, people are going to take any negative post about NijiEN seriously, no matter how fake it may or may not be.
Luca's ex-mod after all leaked out tons of compromising information too. At this point it's clear that Anycolor is a bit of a leaky ship.
