Luxiem sisters are not OG fans and are definitely neither a healthy nor sustainable replacement for OG fans. What money they throw at her for her return stream ain't gonna last. Many real OG fans left. However, I think some may be willing to give Elira another chance. MAY BE. Remember, the gurrat itself is open to the idea that Elira is more incompetent than malicious and that she may been pushed to do things she didn't want to do in the first place.

Personally, as much as I want things the way they used to be with Elira, I can never trust her or NijiEN again. However, some may be waiting to see what she does next before doing anything more than giving her streams a glance. That's trust she has to carefully win back. Meanwhile she also has to contend with bad word of mouth and even her own company and coworkers fucking up PR. Even then, I am not sure how successful she'll be. She has it the worst of any remaining liver right now: She's on the doc, betrayed her image, took part in the black screen video, hosted that video, and isn't a Nijimale. Really the only thing she has in her favor is the lack of leaks proving any potential bad side.

At best Elira becomes a slightly bigger Finana, coasting on whatever she has left and never really growing. At least not for a very, very long time. And that's if she doesn't do something stupid again or have a mask-off moment (leaked) that cements the worst rrats about her.

Would it be worthwhile to expand on what EN management was exactly like before/outside the clique? I feel like that can be corroborated with the stories from Sayu and others. I think that's important because it establishes what Anycolor's expectations were for their managers in how they handled things. With that in mind, it could explain the harsh behavior by the clique that may considered "uncharacteristic" for people like Elira. It could also explain their motivations outside the theory, "they're opportunistic bitches and that's that". The clique was not (just) fueled by personal agenda, but they (also) were groomed by the JP side to propagate the oppressive atmosphere. Perhaps with fear punishment if they did not do so as well? Power may have landed on their lap, but they were still under the thumb of Asian corporate culture like every one else. Heck, JP corporate may have scrutinized the clique even harder for being outsiders, which is discrimination LM explained may have happened to Zaion. This would give credence to the idea that the Elira video was more of a responsibility or punishment forced by her superiors rather than an equal collaborative effort to save NijiEN's reputation. Maybe without that corporate pressure, making that video may have never even crossed Elira's mind. Now it doesn't absolve her and the others of all accountability, of course. A lot of this is just conjecture on my part. I just feel highlighting previous management behavior and expectations of them by Anycolor does a lot to explain the manager-talent's behavior beyond simply writing them off as opportunistic bitches (they may be still). They were, at least initially, carrying the torch of a toxic Japanese work environment. An environment we see much evidence of in Sayu's story.
