Fujo baiting in NijiEN is kind of propaganda desu, I would say that Luca, Shu, Ike, Sonny, and Fulgur are "Brotuber" types if you actually watch them and not the 14 year old SEA clippers videos. Uki, Alban, and Yugo don't really fit either mold. Surprisingly, Vox is a great brotuber, AND fujo bait. But that manifests itself by having his fujo fanbase become weird freak hybrids who know more about Runescape than I do, and also buy gorillas to appease him. It's kinda like saying Fauna is an incel-baiter who is GFE because she has yuri clips and does ASMR. It's just the opinions of people who don't watch streams
