The “Kiara dehuff field” is something real, out of this world and likely fixable.
People mention sound issues. Could be something else adding to it too, for example (but not necessarily applicable): meta tags, lack of consistency in slots, use of Twitter to announce while most of the audience is on YouTube (or vice versa).

Veritassium made a video highlighting a series of experiments he made with title and thumb and the “instant” feedback he gets from YouTube analytics that allowed him to max his viewership with some experimenting.
I wish HoloChicks would do that. Only one really experimenting with that is Haachama
