Don't feel discouraged, at least you know now! It's just that, dividing dividends by 7 to get a daily spending target seems very logical to me, wouldn't you agree?

At the very least it isn't that bad, what I would do to fix this situation is change how I approach those coins, clearly buying them when they are down is worth it, but the problem comes from never selling, so next time a red day comes and you running low on liquid remember, LUNA$ and the rest never spike anyway, so you might as well sell now! Provided that they didn't also go red. Your profit now comes from them returning to their average or base price rather than spiking at adjustment!! And that should work wonders to relief the stress of a red day while also trimming down your wallet from them.
