This is pretty much the case. There would be a lot of moisture in the air coming off of the big trees (remember that the central part of our forests "big trees" means an average of 120+ meters with some being even larger) in /uuu/, but given all of the magic concerned with the forests, if /vnug/ would prefer to not be too wet along our border, we can add some sort of magic canon reason for /uuu/ to keep that moisture from leaking over.
