The guy claims he got 3x speedup for sd1.5 and 30% speedup for SDXL using 7900 XTX with --mem_eff_attn
With 4090 and --xformers I got 35% speedup for 1.5 and 4% for sdxl.
Looks like it's not that great for nvidia, but should be nice for AMD users
